Sharing the glory of Orthodoxy. We are a volunteer group of Orthodox Christians in Russia and around the world, Russian and non-Russian, who translate and caption Russian Orthodox Christian videos from Russian into English, so that non-Russian speakers anywhere can benefit from the remarkable wealth of great Orthodox video coming out of Russia. We make these videos available copyright free to anyone in the world who wants to use them, upload them, share them. We are completely volunteer, non-profit, and are doing this to spread the good news about Orthodox Christianity. There is a huge amount of high-quality Orthodox video currently being produced in Russian - interviews, music videos, sermons, documentary films, etc. Orthodox Christians outside of Russia would find this material extremely interesting and valuable. Much of it has very high production quality, and the intellectual quality of the content is the best in the world. Russia is by far the largest Orthodox country in the world, with an intellectual and institutional depth which is unparalleled. The universe of Russian TV stations, seminaries, intellectuals, journalists, documentary film makers, vloggers, and more, create a huge amount of high-quality content. Rich Russian intellectual, journalistic, academic, and film-making traditions come together in producing this remarkable phenomenon. Our goal is to make this content available to non-Russian speakers, for the Glory of God! We started in August of 2022, and currently, about 20 of us are working to make this a reality. We hope to attract hundreds of volunteers who can help with the various tasks - selection, cutting, translating, copy-editing, hard-coding, and most important of all - sharing! We have groups on the Russian Facebook-equivalent VK, on Facebook, and Telegram. These are spaces for volunteers to get involved, see results, and network with like-minded folks. We post the videos to YouTube, Rumble, VK, Facebook, and Telegram. If you would like to help us, we want to hear from you! In Christ - The OVCC

Animals are categorised into ecological groups depending on how they obtain or consume organic material, including carnivores, herbivores, omnivores, detritivores,[34] and parasites.[35] Interactions between animals form complex food webs. In carnivorous or omnivorous species, predation is a consumer-resource interaction where a predator feeds on another organism (called its prey).[36] Selective pressures imposed on one another lead to an evolutionary arms race between predator and prey, resulting in various anti-predator adaptations.[37][38] Almost all multicellular predators are animals.[39] Some consumers use multiple methods; for example, in parasitoid wasps, the larvae feed on the hosts\' living tissues, killing them in the process,[40] but the adults primarily consume nectar from flowers. Other animals may have very specific feeding behaviours, such as hawksbill sea turtles primarily eating sponges.
