Exploring my biggest Adventure, I went from Gastric Sleeve Surgery originally to Gastric Bypass and this is my story. If you\\\\\\\'re looking for the easy way out to losing weight, this is NOT it! However this is one way to achieve weight loss. Come with me to see my experience during COVID and see how I made it through while in the hospital! 4 important things you must do to recover from gastric bypass surgery successfully and it applies to everyone! There is a reason to follow your pre-op diet so listen to your doctor and nutritionist. This information could change the outcome of your surgery. I love my adventures and this is my biggest adventure yet and though I\\\\\\\'ve only documented a little bit so far it will be a long journey and process there\\\\\\\'s much more to come and to share with you all.
