It was a crash course that taught him two things: anyone can understand these issues, and we all have an obligation to try. That’s why he started Pod Save the World—a weekly podcast that breaks down international news and foreign policy developments, but doesn’t feel like homework. Each week, he and former deputy national security advisor Ben Rhodes walk you through the latest developments with a variety of experts and take you behind the scenes of big decisions with the people who were there. I also believe the best way to get that is to know your real self, minus all the social conditioning that can limit your belief in yourself... to know your real worth, which is the same as anyone else's, because at the core of it all, we're all the same... and to use that deep knowing of your self worth to develop the courage and confidence to stand up for who you are, in any situation. I believe we can stand up for ourselves with love in our hearts and maintain inner peace (or maybe you need to find it first). I used to be super shy and I was beyond insecure. I have learned to love myself, even when I'm "imperfect" and I love exploring the human psyche, new ways to nurture my soul and how to constantly grow as a person. And I love sharing my perspective on those explorations with you :)
