Welcome Yogi, My name is Tenille. My intention here at Deep Peace Healing is to provide authentic, down to Earth experiences whilst maintaining the integrity of Yoga. Kundalini Yoga is a special practice and it is an honour to share the teachings. I share videos and classes that incorporate Kriya, Pranayama (breath work) and Mantra (often chanting or singing) to guide us toward Meditation and heightened consciousness. Yoga is an amazing way to clam our nervous system, reduce stress, improve resilience and immunity, and elevate consciousness. Reiki plays a role in all of my offerings. I believe my role as Healer is to facilitate your inner journey toward self-love and self-healing. You have everything you need already within you, and my role is simply to facilitate your inward experience as you remember your true essence and your ability to embody love. Sat Nam Tenille
