One of the insights I recognized as a Health Coach was that most people experiencing physical problems experience excessive stress in their lives. Men in particular struggle with stress because they lack an outlet to talk freely about their experience. This channel is that outlet. As a coach I have spent thousands of hours talking with men and women of all ages about the stresses that impact their health. Everything from jobs, families and divorce to financial problems, diseases and facing their own death. Life is hard for everyone and the struggles we all face have one thing in common. It isn't what happens, it's what we think about what happens that has the biggest impact on our state of mind and our health. Talking with other men with similar experience can change the way you see your own experience and lighten your load. Although my channel is focused on mens issues, many of my videos are about personal development that can be helpful to all people.
