Capital Dub is a dynamic reggae band, heavily influenced by the classic roots reggae sound, with a modern twist. The band formed in 2020 in Huntington Beach, CA by a group of longtime friends who share a passion and love for the genre. The band consists of Ben on lead vocals, House on the keys, Mike ramming the bass, Alex on drums, and Rory on guitar. Since their formation, Capital Dub has been making waves in the local music scene, earning a reputation for their energetic live shows and tight musicianship. They have shared the stage with some of the biggest names in reggae music and have quickly gained a loyal following of fans.

Consistent training, and experimentations with nutrition also gave me back my mental clarity and cognitive sharpness. Subsequently, I deep dived into many healing modalities. From the modern peptides to plant medicines, plant dietas and later learning to serve Kambo and some other sacred plant medicines.
