The indie film they're currently working on has a tentative release date of the end of 2023 or sometime during the first few months of 2024. That film is titled Siamese Berto's Unplugged in Seattle. Mental Health | Distress Tolerance | Dust off The Dirt Life Throws

I offer people stories and strategies from my experience, on how to deal with interpersonal issues, how to communicate effectively with people, how to regulate emotions and deal with the symptoms that come along with things like PTSD, BPD, anxiety, and depression. Many times I've had to learn the hard way how to embrace suffering and physical/mental distress and work through it instead of hiding from it. We are all in this together, so if I can offer a space where I can be real, talk openly and learn things from others that are afflicted with the same things, it's one of the best ways I can deal with the dirt that life throws.
