Starting on Elder scrolls online, a game we feel that has been made to cater to cheaters (sets, customer service inaction, load screen if you report to much..), and this is because this game is mainly pvp based and been rendered unplayable due to the cheaters whos lag switches and packet spams cause server overload, nothing is done despite all the aforementioned being against terms of use, and no refund request has ever been met. So to sum it up, cheaters can be destroyed by top notch gameplay and a small amount of iq, and should always be recorded and reported, and IF YOUR GAME IS RENDERED UNPLAYABLE BY CHEATERS AND CHEATING IS AGAINST TERMS OF USE, AND YOU SEE NOTHING DONE? JUST KNOW YOUR LEGALLY ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND INCLUDING SUBSCRIPTIONS. Playstation network will also not help in any way, and will require legal action so your consumer rights are not broken.
