The Refuge in the Barn is a gathering of God’s people professing Jesus Christ as Lord. Formerly known as Ekklesia12, the church was birthed during the times of oppression and lockdowns, to provide a place to worship freely. This vision of providing a place to seek the Lord, and be empowered to impact our community remains the same. At The Refuge In the Barn, you will experience emphasis on Spirit-led worship, the testimonies of those gathering, and the Bible preached faithfully in the midst of cultural confusion. We value each one coming, hoping to encourage you in your journey, and empower you to be an impact to your sphere of influence. We desire to be a gathering that ministers to the Lord with worship, prayer, and be a culture that brings honour to all who participate. As we abide in the Lord, we join with Him in ministry to others – to show practical care/support, to pray for healing of the body and soul, and to encourage one another with words of prophecy.

What is said is in contrast to an emotional approach: Most often, there are two possibilities of response to a voice of reason: 1) The person's role is ignored by the emotional members of the group; 2) The person's role is cast out by the mob. The Secret Kindergarten

The Secret Kindergarten is here to support parents of young children. You will find two types of shows: one for young children (roughly aged 2.5 to 7), with fun and enjoyable content, free of indoctrination and sinister agendas. The children's show is thought provoking and encourages connecting with our young. The other show is for 'Grown-ups', parents and carers of young children. This show has been created to encourage and support families, friends and communities of young children so we all can be our own "early childhood educators". The Secret Kindergarten is created and hosted by Gino Volante, an ex-early childhood education teacher. Gino wants to see young children bonded with caring adults in the right way. This will affirm their connection with Nature, which will naturally push back against the indoctrination agendas and create a future of freedom for humanity.
