Real talking dog taught to speak English starting as a puppy. Dog's can't make all the same consanant sounds as humans. So, the trainer must learn how the dog says words. This is often refered to as "Doglish" "Denglish" "canine accent" or "dog dialect." It is a learned trait to understand them, though all dogs tend to talk the same, so you only have to learn once.
