Sheikha Mahra bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum (Image of Sheikha Mahra Princess) is the daughter of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, and Princess Haya bint Al Hussein, the half-sister of King Abdullah II of Jordan. She was born on March 26, 1994, in Dubai. Sheikha Mahra is a princess of the House of Maktoum, the ruling family of Dubai. She is also a member of the Al Maktoum family, one of the most powerful and wealthiest families in the world. Sheikha Mahra received her early education at Dubai English Speaking College, a private school in Dubai. She then went on to study at the American University of Dubai, where she earned a degree in security and risk management. After graduating from university, Sheikha Mahra began working in the Dubai government. She currently holds the position of Assistant Director General of the Dubai Women's Establishment, a government agency that is responsible for the empowerment and advancement of women in Dubai. Sheikha Mahra is also a member of the board of directors of several companies, including the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Dubai International Financial Centre. She is also the founder and patron of several charitable organizations, including the Sheikha Mahra bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Foundation, which supports women and children in developing countries. Sheikha Mahra is a strong advocate for women's empowerment and education. She is also a passionate supporter of the arts and culture.
