My goal is to help people facing challenging times to find their way back to a fulfilling and happy path in life. On this channel, I hope to do this by sharing reliable information about mental health and the brain. In the "real world", I do this through my Integrative Psychiatry & Neurologic Health Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona (USA), called Neuregen. Our clinic takes a unique, brain-optimizing approach to the treatment of conditions like Depression, Anxiety, & emotional overwhelm, & brain health challenges like concussion and dysautonomia. I believe that truth, understanding, and inspiration can be powerful transformative forces.
