On March 26, 2015, with the beginning of the Saudi Arabian air strikes, the civil war in Yemen war changed to be a war with international participation. Saudi Arabia and the United States are equally involved in this war and equally responsible for its escalation. The United States (and in their wake Germany, Britain and France as well) have armed Saudi Arabia for decades. The US also is giving political support to Saudi Arabia in this conflict as well as military support: By intelligence and logistics, with tank aircrafts and with its own fleet. By this way, the US actively promotes war, mass murder and destruction. On the contrary, the US could end the Saudi attacks by a firm stance and by an arms boycott. The purpose of #FridayNightChats (#FNC or FNC) is to thread Organizational Leadership throughout a full spectrum of industries. Thank you to both Judson University and the Love Family Christian Foundation for providing me with both inspiration and context for affecting change. ​​ What is Organizational Leadership? Is it Human Services or Leadership Development? How does this discipline in Organizational Leadership teach us Strategy, Data Mining, Cultural Competency, Applied Decision Making, and Intergenerational Challenges? How does this discipline teach us how to identify patterns and trends; identify deficiencies in the process; communicate effectively; create a narrative for C-Level individuals? How does Organization Leadership equip and prepare us for C-Level Status? These are some of the questions I grappled with in my pursuit of my Ph.D. and currently as Program Chairperson in Organizational Leadership at Judson University and Vice-Chair of the Love Family Christian Foundation. Through the #FNC platform, leaders from diverse sectors share their leadership development expertise, team dynamics, organizational culture, strategy, data mining, cultural competency, entrepreneurialism with the diversity of thought, dynamism, and change.
