Several years ago my life was a total mess. That's not hyperbole, I was literally living in my car addicted to drugs, alcohol, and porn, with no money, and having lost my wife and kids. Over the next few years, I radically transformed my life physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I literally became Thee Dangerous Gentlemen by implementing the habits, techniques, and mindset that will be at the heart of this channel. From fitness and nutrition to theology and mindset I will use my journey to help guide you from a place of quiet desperation to a life of productive danger!
