The only way to achieve this is to be and speak honestly and face reality for what it is and not what we want it to be. Being average is unacceptable, and not setting standards for yourself, and others is the leading cause of pain and suffering. I believe that truth is love, and “niceness” only causes long-term suffering. My message to men and women is that we must take accountability.
