Our only goal is to provide content that will entertain as well as prompt the viewer to think, break the spell of corporate repetition, and form an opinion outside of the typical. We hope that this channel does not be seen for what it is not, and that the information, wisdom, and concepts of Generation X can be used to help Generation Alpha survive in real-world scenarios and understand the importance of not letting "the screen" control your life. Hello world, we are the van Stralen family! We are a family of 5 who sold everything except our Jeeps to drive around the World guided by our core values that had helped us find success in business and in life - WORK, PLAY, CARE. For us CARE means to “Create A Remarkable Experience” and we do this by leaving the people we meet and the places we visit a little better than we found them. We\\\'ve enjoyed amazing experiences so far like helping rescue 120 Pilot Whales that were stranded on a remote beach in New Zealand, bringing solar lights to a remote village in Haiti and planting rice with the locals in Indonesia. We’ve road tripped around Canada and the USA several times, visiting every state and province hiking and having fun together while taking every opportunity to share the message of CARE.

Our Road Less Traveled

We are Clay and Maria, RV adventurers from Alabama/Texas, with a love of nature, new experiences, and finding Our Road Less Traveled. We travel in a RAM 3500 with an East to West Ahara 365RL 5th Wheel RV. We love National Parks, finding hidden gems and have a spontaneous streak that will take us anywhere from Niagara to the Keys or California to NYC! We love to go, and are most at peace on the open road, walking a backwoods trail, or taking in a majestic waterfall or mountainside. We took our journey full time in August of 2022 and to us, this is the American Dream. Our Road Less Traveled is simply the road that most don't take. Living the 9-5, four bedroom house, paycheck to paycheck is what most people do. We decided it was time to take things a different direction. Now we have the freedom to work from the road, see family and friends at leisure, and explore some amazing places in this beautiful country along the way. We find that the journey is often better than the destination.
