Welcome! I have a small family farm with my 3 children, their spouses, and my grandchildren [on 3 properties ;) ] where we grow organic produce and raise animals for milk, eggs, and meat [cows, goats, sheep, chickens]. I REALLY enjoy cooking, and use several food preservation methods [canning, fermenting, freeze drying, dehydrating, etc]. I also enjoy bird watching and hiking. This channel will feature recipes, tips, food preservation, some gardening, and anything else kitchen and modern homestead related. You might also see some homeschooling content, as well as nature study and bible topics. I was diagnosed with ASD / Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADD a little later in life [at 45 years old], so that has been very helpful to know when planning my time. My channel name, A Quiet and Orderly Life, is a reflection of my desire - to just simply be quiet and orderly. Please let me know if you have a video requests!!
