Welcome to Abiding Tribe! Hey there, we're Eric & Ginny and we're SO glad you're here!! July 2020 was a pivoting point for us (as it was for many) and it occurred to us that even if we were able to spend all 18 years with our children (and there's no guarantee), it just wouldn't be enough. Since time is so fleeting, we decided to do a "test run" on this whole #rvlife and see if it might be a good fit for our family. So, currently, "We travel, not to escape life, but for life not to escape us" We hope that you will enjoy our videos and silly family antics and be inspired to also consider the brevity of life and be encouraged to make it count in your own way.

It's time to come together. The Lost Tribe is a set of individuals who are learning to take back their power, set themselves on the right course, and strive for their best life. Knowledge is most important, and we are forever students in the schools of thought, science, and most of all ourselves. We know what is true, or strive to learn it. The Lost Tribe is a collective of those who seek the light. Separated, we make small ripples. Together, we can move mountains. If you are reading this then you were meant to find it. Join me on my journey.

Music Tribute To Vietnam Veterans

Every time I hear a song from the Vietnam war era, I'm reminded of what veterans had to deal with when they got back home to America. I will never forget what you had to go through during the Vietnam war. I grew up in the 1970s and watched the horror of the war on TV with my Daddy (he served during the Korean war). I saw him hold back tears when he watched those new stories about the war. When ya'll came home, I was shocked how terrible the American people treated you. They spit on you and screamed horrible words in your faces. I personally know vets who told me their stories and the horror that ya'll had to deal with in that damn jungle. I know that many of you didn't want to go fight, but you were forced to by the draft. Yet, you had an opportunity to escape to another country, but you went anyway, fighting against the evil of communism. Your sacrifice is greatly appreciated. God bless you and yours for your service and sacrifice.

BisRock is a subgenre of Pinoy rock, propagated by the Cebu rock music industry in the Philippines. The term, which is in the blended form, comes from the Cebuano words Bisaya, referring the Visayan languages, and "rock", for rock music. The term was coined by Cebuano writer Januar E. Yap in 2002 and was first applied to Missing Filemon\'s first album. Earning wide reception among the young in the Visayas and Mindanao, Bisrock is a fairly recent cultural phenomenon. The style started around the 1980s, when Cebu\'s rock scene was beginning to be labeled as "Bisrock". During this time, a group of musicians from the University of San Carlos coined the local music scene as Bisrock in support of patriotism for the Cebuano music scene. However, this genre is debatable as Bisrock seems to be popular only in Cebu. As it is, the movement died down around 2009, as even Missing Filemon themselves distanced itself from the term "Bisrock".
