Embark on our homesteading adventure with Long Time Horizons homesteading! Join us, a family of seven, as we chase our dream after more than 12 years of anticipation. Packed into a caravan, with 5 kids in tow, we've started developing our in-laws' property using permaculture living, setting up a chicken coop, and experimenting with eco-friendly alternatives like rammed earth for raised beds. Despite challenges and rain, we're building a sustainable haven, from outdoor showers to growing veggies, our journey unfolds with freedom and contentment. Follow our progress by subscribing to our Rumble channel as well as our newsletter at https://semcomama.co.za/newsletter/ for updates on our rustic dream. 🌱👨‍🌾

I'm the founder of FAHQ® (https://www.fahq.com), a streetwear and skate brand. I was sick of doing sh#t I didn't love so I went all-in on building the brand 13-year-old me told my dad I'd build one day. We lost him back in 2010. He was the raddest dad and my best friend. The one person who would tell me I could accomplish anything, no matter how crazy my idea was. He was a big kid and I definitely got the Peter Pan gene from him. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. I caught the entrepreneurial bug from him at an early age. Working for him was my first job and he always told me I'd be miserable working for someone else and that the path to true happiness involved finding something you loved and building a business around it. Life is short. We all eventually take a dirt nap, so I'm just trying to live life and enjoy every day as much as possible. I just want to do epic sh#t and make him proud. This is for you, dude. PS - Don't grow up. It's a trap. "LIVE LIFE ON YOUR TERMS. BE UNAPOLOGETICALLY YOU."
