Update 3-17-21 I am currently focusing on losing weight and getting my health back! My profile picture is of me back in 2017 when I was taking good care of myself. It\\\'s so easy to slip into old, bad eating habits. I struggle when it comes to eating healthy. I crave sweets all the time, but I think by tracking my progress on here will help me stay motivated and be consistent with nutrition and exercise.\\n\\n Please follow along!
