Konkrete Movement was founded in 2003 with a vision of delivering hairdressing education that merges technical method with artistic expression. At Konkrete Movement we call this Directional Learning. Directional Learning teaches how to focus on the desired outcome first so that the steps to achieve it become more relevant. We teach how to "feel" and "see" the desired outcome first and the technical method is introduced to accompany artistic intuition. We essentially teach backwards. We have seen many cosmetology students complete their education as apprentices, but it can be difficult to find time to teach while balancing salon education with 60+ hours per week per stylist behind the salon chair. What better way to capture the best of those hours and the education that can be pulled from them than a salon Rumble Channel.
