If you are in your 50's and think you can't do this type of workouts, Think again! These are the same workouts I perform in my Kettlebell Classes. Anyone can do these workouts. Start with a light weight(kettlebell). Men 20 pounds & women 10 pounds as you learn the proper form and are feeling stronger increase your weight in 5 pounds increments. workouts are 30 minutes long.
