"And do this, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep; for now our salvation is nearer than when we first believed. The night is far spent, the day is at hand. Therefore let us cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armor of light. Let us walk properly, as in the day, not in revelry and drunkenness, not in lewdness and lust, not in strife and envy. But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts." Romans 13:11-14 Each one of us is mandated by Jesus Christ Himself to "WATCH". In every instance where the reader of the New Testament is told to watch, it is ALWAYS in the context of the final days. My channel is just a peek inside the twisted head of a guy born in the 1950\'s that still has something to say. Many of the video\'s thus far are either songs that I have written, or songs you may be familiar with that I have change the lyrics to. In any case, some are political in nature, or protest songs or just plain funny. I\'ll try to add contest as often as I can, but being an old fart, it certainly won\'t be a daily occurrence. I hope you enjoy my songs and like and share anything you do \'approve\' of :-) Although I lean to the right, some songs makes the right \'cringe\' - but that\'s just who I am. Concerning the \'left\', well, mostly you\'ll probably not want to hear certain songs. You\'ll most likely disagree with what I\'m saying, but if anything does make you curious enough to \'look into it\', my job is done here!

Tearing Down High Places

In ancient Israel cultural compromise often came when "The High Places" were allowed to remain in a land God claimed to be Holy. Many Kings in Israel and Judah recognized this but many more allowed some compromise instead of completely tearing down these "High Places" where sacrifices to foreign gods led God's people to sin. Today, Our culture and more specifically our Christian culture is tempted by corruption that exists because of compromise. We will on this podcast discuss many cultural issues that could lead or have already led to compromise for the Christian. Our prayer is that you would want to help us TEAR DOWN THOSE HIGH PLACES.
