Some of my feats of strength are: 2007 1,500 lbs. partial rack pull at 200 lbs. 2007 seated 300 lb. neck raise Sit ups with 400 lbs. on my chest for reps Ability to twist open a horseshoe with bare hands. 2007 hangman’s noose dead hang to demonstrate insane neck strength. 2013 world record setting for seven 5/8” pieces of 4-foot steel bars bent across the front of his throat in 57 seconds.
