Life in Alaska

We have made the decision to sell most of our possessions and move to Alaska to build a new home. This has been a lifelong goal for us, and we're excited to take the first steps towards making it a reality. Our love of outdoor activities like leather crafting, blacksmithing, hiking, and mountaineering played a big role in our decision to move to a place where being outside is a priority. We also wanted to find a home that would allow us to feel removed from the hustle and bustle of city life and the responsibilities of mortgage payments, while still having some access to modern conveniences. Now that we're debt-free, we're ready to embrace this adventure in the wilderness.
