Modern Respite is a play on words, it is both a respite from the trials of modern life, as well as a respite created with modern technology. The impetus for this channel grew out of a joint exploration of media production with my kids. They enjoy ambient worlds as well as the escape of video games. It seemed only natural that we would combine the two. We hope that some of our experiments in this space can help carve out a few moments of peace and contentment. A chance to just relax and escape into worlds beyond our own.
