We are sisters, Anastasia and Julia Vanderbyl. A few years ago, we began a journey to live a life in perfect harmony with nature. A life of caring for animals, growing tropical fruit, planting trees, gardening, cooking, creating, building and learning to live with the land. In this time, nature has taught us more than we could have ever imagined. Our environmental films document the landscape and the lessons we’ve learnt in our work as regenerative farmers here on Bundjalung Country. We live on the land of the Arakwal and Minjungbal People of the Bundjalung Nation. We acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the Country we live on and recognise their continuing connection to the land and waters. We thank them for protecting this rainforest and its ecosystems since time immemorial.

Transhumanism is a philosophical and scientific movement that aims to improve the human condition through the use of technology. Transhumanists believe that humans can evolve beyond their current physical and mental limitations, and that the application of technology will allow humans to achieve this. Transhumanists believe that the use of technologies like genetic engineering, artificial intelligence (AI), nanotechnology, and cryonics will allow humans to: Increase life spans Enhance cognitive and sensory abilities Slow, reverse, or eliminate the aging process Transhumanists envision a future where humans with enhanced capabilities will evolve into a "posthuman" species that transcends humanity. Hello, my name is Edmund and I live remote in the Talkeetna mountain range, Alaska. I have always had a love of the wilderness, the cold, snow and the seas. I work at sea in Alaska now and return to the mountains after each hitch. I have worked at sea on icebreakers in both Antarctica and the Arctic, but now in Alaskan waters only. Some consider me lucky that I work and live off-the-grid. Guess there is some luck involved, but mostly lots of work and sweat, even at sub zero temperatures. Follow along as I show you a bit of my remote off grid life, interior Alaska style.
