Moving forward, away from duality and identity to create the world we want to see. We are spirits living in a human existence. The path to ascension has many routes; the journey lies within. The message is always to look within, do your own exploration, and exercise discernment. Anything external to yourself is considered darkness. Past life regressions, reiki, tarot readings, channeling, and even meditation are considered external practices. Engaging in them can attract dark energies and entities. I have participated in some of these, and it has been a part of my personal growth. The dark created DNA to hinder ascension, and it can be surprisingly effective in healing or retrieving information. However, this can lead to the transfer of energies and ailments.
