This is the channel of Michael Abraham, and is devoted to helping Muslims, Muslim parents, and educators of any stripe veer away from misguided practices with young people. Michael Abraham is a public school teacher and educational consultant in the United States of America. In 13 years of teaching he has taught elementary school for six years and 7 years of middle and high school. He has worked as an instructional coach and led professional development and school-turnaround initiatives at inner-city schools in the city of Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is best known in education for having created a professional development program for K-12 educators entitled Engaging Muslim Students in Public Schools and also authoring a book by the same name. In the past six years over 3,000 educators in the United States have taken his program across 17 states and 200 school districts and organizations.
