Close Quarter Combat (CQC) is about providing customized training to suit your needs in the combined tactical Israeli defense system of Krav Maga, Lotar and Kapap. We are a reality based fighting system, designed for the primary goal of survival. Our system is about training in realistic hand to hand combat, which can be applied by any gender or size individual of any fitness level. The concept of our system is to engage the threat immediately, exploit it's weaknesses to create maximum damage as quickly as possible, and then rapidly disengage and remove ourselves from the threat, once defused and safe to leave the area. Our goal is simply survival and well being of ourselves, and of those we protect. Our instructor has taught hand to hand combat for 40+ years to a variety of military units, as well as public seminars.
