Let me tell you a bit about who I am, I’ve always struggled with anxiety and depression my whole life and also have had thoughts about taking my own life. I failed to find purpose and drive in life. I was struggling to do well in every aspect. Until I took up self-improvement and drastically reduced social media. I feel much better now and will continue to do this everyday.
