Welcome to my channel. We are a certified Personal Trainer (ACE-American Council on Exercise), Nutrition Coach and Women’s Fitness Specialist (NASM). We been in the fitness industry for over 20 years! we also recently earned our Masters in Mental Health / Psychological Medicine. On my channel, you can find workout videos, recipes, nutritional tips and advice on healthy eating, as well as videos talking about mental health. I truly believe that total wellness is not just keeping the body healthy, but the mind is equally as important. Slave Two Servant is a collective of various musicians and the brainchild of Singer-Songwriter Sam Swanson. Their debut full-length album, ‘Escape Babylon’, weaves a message of hope into a divided society by reminding humanity that “Babylon” ultimately starts in our minds, and once we can free our minds, we can escape the many dichotomies that attempt to enslave us.
