I am a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer, NASM certified physique and bodybuilding Coach, NASM certified nutrition coach, NASM certified virtual coaching specialist and ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer. I have been personal training for 8 years, I have been working with bodybuilding and physique competitors for the past three years.
