Yvon Milien learned through experience and education that there are no shortcuts to happiness. Only the usual route will lead to it. The lawful path is self-realization. In other words, it is getting to know ourselves and surrendering to God's Laws that will help in our quest to live a happy life. In Be Transcendent to Sustain Happiness, Milien draws inspiration from many sources to prompt you to follow the high path to sustain happiness through life's challenges. Earth at Rest

Find moments of calm by connecting with your predecessors in deep time. Glimpse the transcendent in the sounds of nature that soothed and healed your ancestors. The boxy, artificial environments we find ourselves in today induce stress, anxiety, and general malaise. We are long adapted to organic scenes and natural sounds, yet we are awash in modern rigidity and industrial noise. Reduce anxiety, improve sleep quality, and be mindful - natural sounds can set you at ease, and work in the service of calm and healing. Earth At Rest can offer you rain sounds, waterfall sounds, bird sounds, campfire sounds, and many more nature sounds for sleeping and meditation. Feel free to engage in the comments and let us know which videos and sounds helped you the most, and what additional content you might like to see. Thank you. "Everything in nature invites us constantly to be what we are." - Gretel Ehrlich

BOAT RESTORATION BY BEN

Welcome to Boat Restoration by Ben! This is a channel based around all things boat and yacht restoration related. Despite my best judgement, I buy boats that need A LOT of work and fix them up myself. I grew up boating at the Lake of the Ozarks in Missouri, went to school to become an engineer, worked at John Deere for 5 years, and then decided to give it all up to pursue my dream to work in the recreational boat industry. I am now on my 13th boat project! From $100 boats to 60 year old relics, I started small and worked my way up. Now having since moved to the Chesapeake Bay area, my mission is to share with the world my love and passion for mechanics and wrenching through my marine projects all while teaching you how to enjoy boats on a budget. Enjoy!
