Thank god for the internet because grew up only reading books. But when found out you can rejuvenate your brain cells through diet exercise and taking care of your spirit. I saw someone else overcome to where they were able to go back to work. I take pills other than a handful of supplements. Most disease is a result of your environment. If take control of your environment you can beat the disease.
