These are Kettlebell Classes that I thought in my Fitness Studio. These Classes are 30 - 60 minutes long. These videos are follow along with me. They are performed with a timer but can also do them by reps if you don't have a timer. I recommend 15 reps per exercise with a 20 seconds rest in between exercise.
