Climate scientists have showed that humans are responsible for virtually all global heating over the last 200 years. Human activities like the ones mentioned above are causing greenhouse gases that are warming the world faster than at any time in at least the last two thousand years. The average temperature of the Earth’s surface is now about 1.1°C warmer than it was in the late 1800s (before the industrial revolution) and warmer than at any time in the last 100,000 years. The last decade (2011-2020) was the warmest on record, and each of the last four decades has been warmer than any previous decade since 1850.

Be The Change supports “self-evident” Constitutional Freedom in that “all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness”. In recognizing that “Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed” (Declaration of Independence), We The People declare we have the right and liberty to live without the overreach of tyrannical power. Today our rights as American citizens are under threat and attack more so than any other time in the history of this nation. Those in favor of defending our constitutional rights need to set the standard for the rest of society. The three most important actions that must be done in order to restore our rights are prayer, unification, and action. In agreement with Benjamin Franklin upon signing our Declaration of Independence, “We must all hang together or, assuredly, we shall all hang separately.” God is leading this battle and enlisting soldiers to revive our unalienable rights. At times, action will ensue creating new paths and other times it will involve protesting, and sometimes both. Be The Change will utilize an extensive networking system allowing people to participate in whichever cause(s) they feel most passionate as well as the means they feel the most equipped to do so.
