Stephen Watson believes the clicks and pulses detected when parked are from directed energy intermediate force used by the US authorities against selectively targeted citizens known as targeted individuals. The clicks and pulses are followed by pain usually to the stomach to cause incontinence but also the face, head, shoulders etc. This is a type of corporal punishment using the silent weapon directed energy intermediate force, also termed electronic warfare by the military. Directional audio or HyperSound® Pro Audio technology, and LRAD is an innovation in audio that generates a directional ultrasonic beam of sound. Stephen Watson, targeted individual, detected directional audio panning in both ears while in his car parked at the Target store in Azusa, California. Some TI's describe voice-to-skull (V2K) but Stephen believes in this instance it was not microwave hearing (Frey effect) but ultrasonic waves similar to LRAD.
