Ukrainian troops filmed looting Russian supermarket
RTA video has been shared online which appears to show Ukrainian troops looting a grocery store in the Kursk Region town of Sudzha. In the footage, one soldier can be seen behind the checkout, pretending to be the ‘cashier,’ while another jokes about ‘paying’ for his goods with Ukrainian money. Sudzha has been mostly evacuated since Ukraine began an attempted incursion into Russia’s Kursk Region, leaving homes and stores vulnerable to looters. While fighting continues throughout the region, Ukrainian losses on the front lines are largely thought to be unsustainable.4.06K views 43 comments -
Ukrainian military allegedly drone strikes two civilians being evacuated by Russia
RTWarning: this post contains distressing content. A shocking video has emerged of the Ukrainian military apparently bombing their own civilians in an attempt to prevent them evacuated by Russian forces. Russian scouts apparently found a group of civilians seeking rescue, trapped in the town of Volchansk. Two men, one of whom was wounded, trapped in the ruins, who had used their last strength to write large ‘SOS’ messages using sheet metal. The scouts sent a quadcopter and dropped a first aid kit, water, and a note: follow the drone to safety. The men wore white, speculated by journalist and Moscow City Duma deputy Andrei Medvedev (who broke the story) as a way to indicate their peaceful surrender. As the men emerged into the open, one visibly wounded, slowly following the drone to safety, a second quadcopter, allegedly Ukrainian, also saw them attempting to flee. It decided to drop its own supplies: mines. The resulting explosion ensured the evacuation ended there and then, with the men’s brutal, needless deaths.3.02K views 20 comments
