As a result, the Tista River flooded the surrounding area, destroying 15 bridges and roads, cutting off locals and tourists. A huge landslide in the Savoie department. AUGUST 27, 2023 🔹 Heavy rains caused floods and landslides in vast areas of Tajikistan, resulting in more than 10 deaths. 🔹 Meanwhile, in China, floods affected residents of Yichang, Hubei Province. 🔹 The volcano Nevado del Ruiz recorded an increase in its activity and observed another ash emission. 🔹 A mountainside collapsed on a medieval monastery in Georgia.
