Palworld Catastrophe

After some boss struggles, we take a semi-short break with reconfiguring our first settlement and attempting to upgrade our equipment. However, ore is our biggest issues to both find and refine, so we'll need a new base location. However, we still gotta get some objectives done and get ourselves a flying mount, while also getting some Pu--KITTIES! After failing to properly defeat and capture some bosses, we gear up once again to try for another run, but with more braincells. An extra half of one! We also get to reveal the new eggs we've bred into the world and get to see the power of "jack of all traits" magic in action. And although we still don't get all the bosses we want, we do get to bring down a bad girl that thinks half tone punk rock hairstyles is still in. Feeling confident and happy with what we got going at the first base, we decide to take our chances and go for a boss rush raid! Yet plans soon go astray when even the first boss has minions that do almost more damage than the bosses themselves, while also being in an area with no cover or room to dodge. Armed with America, we now work to better settle ourselves at our starting base, giving ourselves a house to oversee all operations the Paldians are demanded of us. We are preparing for future additions, both items and paldians, but mostly focused on base upgrades to allow more paldians to live and breathe the air of cooperation. Still settling in to our new base and fixing its foundations, we decide that using the regular glider is boring. So a hunt to find us an American Birb is the sensible alternative to getting around. We almost manage to get merked several times, and one actually successful, but we'll get that feathery companion. We just need the levels now to tame her. Still a long way to go before having an automated base, we gear ourselves for a boss battle. However, with our settings, it won't be just ONE boss--oh, no no! While wanting to rush through for the good-goods, we are set back by having to do random tasks to level both ourselves and the base, working to get a foundation set up and more Paldians to give us free resources. Weirdly, they CAN help at the base, but choose NOT TO, especially with hacking since they get stuck and still get job done. Welcome... to PALWORLD (on PS5)! Weird how during the events of some legal dispute, this game would make its way, while still in EARLY ACCESS, to Sony's platform. So of course, I wasted no time--only money--getting it JUST for us to have fun doing terrible things PETA would have us do prison time for. :3 We must begin our journey as a lone wolf looking for vixens to "capture" and battle to conquer the lands, and we will hunt until the "shinies" are all that's left of the Paldians.
