Thank you all for joining and making this a beautiful round table discussion for learning! Today we focused on recognizing and combatting the dark when they are in our space. Sometimes we need to recognize the problem better and then shift focus to addressing it in a neutral state. ➡️MaShon talked about a lot of the different sensations you may have felt before and a lot of strategies for combatting them. ➡️Then a lot of you beautiful light warriors chimed in with your own strategies, tactics, and additional questions about sensations as well. Today our beautiful dragon led us through a lot of fun exercises. After commands we focused on bringing in light and spirit merging as a collective, led by Saskia. If you have had a 1:1 with her she does this individually, but I'm sure you can feel the power of merging with the collective even on replay!! We did many exercises as a group with looking at the left eye of pictures and seeing what it is would could see, with Saskia and Lola also letting us know what they could see. We had SO MUCH FUN today and thank you all for joining!
