IN the check out line next to mine a well-coiffed, clearly well-off, very entitled middle-aged, yes, white woman (all too typical for my area) was being unreasonable and difficult with a poor worker from Central America. this customer continued to be haughty and demanding. I'm bringing this up because of something that is called ‘Pretty Privilege’. And how this accounts for much of what is attributed to the notion of Karens behaving badly. Now, this aspect I will say is my own as so far I’ve not heard anyone mention it but it might go aways toward explaining the concept of ‘White Privilege’ too. Of course I’m not sure. It appears to me to be primarily females engaging in its overt expressions. It’s generally speaking, a variation on a theme of pretty white female privilege. Or more accurately, their reaction (perhaps subconscious) to a certain measure of that former privilege now lost. As they’ve been inculcated through life experience in their entitlement. When gravity’s toll is increasingly exacted, they have difficulty understanding the change in reality and accepting it. Think how it always was (for them) is how it’ll always be and is just supposed to be. Coming to terms with something that was only ever temporary, transient and not the perpetual, natural order of things. Such as regarding diminishing male attention and treatment as they age out of their prime. And consequently they lash out. Thinking the problem is not them, their being spoiled or their untenable expectations but this or that … hapless sales clerk, for example. In always seeking to understand …. life, as here, please know in this case I have no anger but also no pity for such people. To the extent that the above assessment drawn from my (and others’) observations are accurate. Maybe it was a little …. cowardly? of me not to walk down there and say something like, “Stop. Is whatever you’re saying worth bringing this poor person almost to tears? What are you … 50 some years old? Despite all your Pilates and the clear work you’ve had done. It’s not to late to grow up. Do better.” I'm not sure if my thoughts above warrant a whole or even part of an upload. I would also like to be completely forthcoming with you here, I would like to say that I truly don’t like the thought of you practically holed up in your climate controlled space within your space for months this time of year." Recycle your old content while focusing mostly on new content. Take old videos and change just enough to repost them with a new title and pic etc. That way new people will still get it but it requires very little of your time. As for my topic it's regarding over exposure with men & women used to spend much less time together. We each had a bit of mystery to our sex in the past. Now between work, on-line, etc there is pretty much no mystery anymore. I've even known a few women in leadership positions who by the time work is done they say they are just "tired of men." Well Zach thanks for the donation and topic. I agree with you that separating the sexes does create a more stable soyciety because it's like that cheesy line says absence makes the heart grow fonder. It wasn't until women entered the workforce in the 70s and 80s did we see the massive breakdown we now have between the sexes. The only reason the sexes aren't segregated right now is because it offers women short term advantages to work with men and communicate with us on their phones and other electronic devices. Women need men to use us as emotional tampons. Part of the control mechanism that men have used on women during the so called patriarchy is that all men were closed off emotionally, silent and stoic. That meant that they couldn't be easily used as emotional wetnaps. There also wasn't a steady stream of simps there for attention on a phone. Women were left in the suburbs in man deserts. The only male interaction they got for the most part was with their husbands. Or possibly the mail man if she was lucky he might be delivering more than just letters if you know what I mean? For most of history there were checks and balances to prevent women dumping negative energy onto you the man. When we were living in a small towns or villages everyone knows everyone else so if you're a woman and you use men as emotional tampons people will eventually stop talking to you. The men as well as the women that are married to said men. There would be consequences. But today with marriage rates at 50% and a seemingly endless supply of simps to use for attention at work and on the phone why would women willingly give that up? They wouldn't. I know you mean well but it's not going to happen because it's advantageous for women in the short term to have access to as many men as possible all of the time. Women never go backwards when it comes to their rights. Only forward. There are groups like the Orthodox Jews and Amish people that maintain the mystery of the sexes and that's probably one of the reasons they have above replacement fertility rates. But segregation hasn't helped many middle eastern countries though which are now slipping below replacement. Men would go to work in the the 1950s, 60s, 70s and before with other men and come home to women. Women would rely on the social interaction of their husband for their sanity. And the man would rely on his wife for his sexual sanity. It was a co-dependent relationship. They would only reasonably see each other for an hour or two a night when the kids were asleep and they would marry in their late teens and early twenties and raise a family. He didn't give me a topic so I wanted to cover a post on the men's rights subreddit called: "Do y'all feel like your life would be better if you were a woman?" Before reading the comments on that thread I decided to go through the pros and cons of being born with a cooch. We often hear that women live life on easy mode. But just how true is that. I'll start off with the negatives first and then move onto the positives. The first one is that women have way less testosterone so if you were a woman you wouldn't be able to work an concentrate as much as you can on something and have as much stamina or endurance. Another bad thing is the constant need to dump your negative emotions on someone else as a woman and need that emotional tampon support. While you're young and somewhat attractive finding men to friendzone to offer up such services is easy. As you get older it gets more difficult especially once a woman gets into her fifties and sixties and the men start to croak or they are already attached to other women like their wife. Plus most men once they get into their forties that are single are either negative towards women and know the game or they were broken by their ex wives. So after forty the chances of a guy marrying are less than 10%. Not because he doesn't want to marry but because he's lost a lot of his interest in women. Losing that interest means he's not as likely to put himself in some women's orbit or friend zone. That takes down female attention. Old women then fear being cut off from all men the way that young men fear being cut off from all women. Living with the fear or loneliness as a woman your entire life would be awful. At least a man gets the benefits of finding peace in solitude as he gets older. Women have to deal with loneliness. I couldn't imagine constantly feeling like if there wasn't anyone around to talk to it would be the equivalent of being in the wilderness alone with no way to protect myself against all the predators as a prey. Another negative of being a woman is that your value is front end loaded with youth, beauty and fertility. But wisdom is not. More often than not when you hear the phrase youth is wasted on the young it's a woman saying it. By the time they figure out the game it's over. At least with men even if you're a loser in your early to mid thirties you can still pick yourself up with your bootstraps and according to women a man's sexual marketplace value is highest in his mid to late thirties. For women it's their early twenties. Maturity is also front end loaded as many women reach mental maturity faster and recent studies have shown that women have brains that appear three years younger than men's. Our brains are probably older because we wear them out figuring everything out.
