Califf and Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Director Dr. Mandy Cohen regarding questions pertaining to the safety assessments and the discovery of billions of DNA fragments per dose of the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 mRNA vaccines. The Surgeon General outlined concerns regarding nucleic acid contaminants in the approved Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 mRNA vaccines, particularly in the presence of lipid nanoparticle complexes, and Simian Virus 40 (SV40) promoter/enhancer DNA. Lipid nanoparticles are an efficient vehicle for delivery of the mRNA in the COVID-19 vaccines into human cells and may therefore be an equally efficient vehicle for delivering contaminant DNA into human cells. The presence of SV40 promoter/enhancer DNA may also pose a unique and heightened risk of DNA integration into human cells. In 2007, the FDA published guidance on regulatory limits for DNA vaccines in the Guidance for Industry: Considerations for Plasmid DNA Vaccines for Infectious Disease Indications (Guidance for Industry). In this Guidance for Industry, the FDA outlines important considerations for vaccines that use novel methods of delivery regarding DNA integration, specifically: • DNA integration could theoretically impact a human’s oncogenes – the genes which can transform a healthy cell into a cancerous cell. • DNA integration may result in chromosomal instability. • The Guidance for Industry discusses biodistribution of DNA vaccines and how such integration could affect unintended parts of the body including blood, heart, brain, liver, kidney, bone marrow, ovaries/testes, lung, draining lymph nodes, spleen, the site of administration and subcutis at injection site. On December 14, 2023, the FDA provided a written response providing no evidence that DNA integration assessments have been conducted to address risks outlined by the FDA themselves in 2007. Based on the FDA’s recognition of unique risks posed by DNA integration, the efficacy of the COVID-19 mRNA vaccine’s lipid nanoparticle delivery system, and the presence of DNA fragments in these vaccines, it is essential to human health to assess the risks of contaminant DNA integration into human DNA. The FDA has provided no evidence that these risks have been assessed to ensure safety. As such, Florida State Surgeon General Dr. Joseph A. Ladapo has released the following statement: “The FDA’s response does not provide data or evidence that the DNA integration assessments they recommended themselves have been performed. Instead, they pointed to genotoxicity studies – which are inadequate assessments for DNA integration risk. In addition, they obfuscated the difference between the SV40 promoter/enhancer and SV40 proteins, two elements that are distinct. DNA integration poses a unique and elevated risk to human health and to the integrity of the human genome, including the risk that DNA integrated into sperm or egg gametes could be passed onto offspring of mRNA COVID-19 vaccine recipients. If the risks of DNA integration have not been assessed for mRNA COVID-19 vaccines, these vaccines are not appropriate for use in human beings. Providers concerned about patient health risks associated with COVID-19 should prioritize patient access to non-mRNA COVID-19 vaccines and treatment. Face Masks – a multifactorial, neuro-pathological assault on our autobiographical memory center, human individuality, and ability to think critically. Masks do way more harm than good. This fact should have been evident to all media-honored "experts" early on. Traindl clarifies: "Various experimental metrological investigations have shown that wearing a mask can lead to the accumulation of carbon dioxide. This contaminated air is then rebreathed, and when the outside air mixes with the accumulated exhaled air below the mask, it causes a reduction in oxygen content. This mixture of air is then inhaled back in." To put it bluntly: Pregnant women unintentionally create an environment for the fetus growing inside them that is detrimental to its development. Aldous Huxley describes in his dystopian novel Brave New World, a remarkably alike environment intentionally fabricated for the fetuses growing in bottles. In the world of the novel, purposeful oxygen deficiency is intended to result in a reduced efficiency of brain function in order to increase production and stabilize the system. In our current "dystopian reality," (actually a contradiction in terms), in addition to the oxygen deprivation mentioned in the novel, numerous additional factors cause demonstrable damage to the most sensitive part of our brains (the autobiographical memory center) at all ages, including but not limited to emotional deprivation, the presence of toxins in the air we breathe, such as the increased carbon dioxide caused by wearing masks. Hence masks not only symbolize submission to a cruel totalitarian regime, but also neuropathologically contribute to the weakening of society's mental immune system, as detailed in The Indoctrinated Brain. The irony is: While the world's population is being driven into a panic about the supposedly deadly consequences of rising global CO2 levels, behind their masks they are being intoxicated by increased CO2 levels, which makes them all the more susceptible to fear and panic because of the damage it does to the hippocampus. If someone aimed to cultivate a generation with limited independence of thought but highly susceptible to fear communication and optimal controllability, I can think of no more promising, subtle, and thus diabolical way to achieve this goal than to prevent pregnant women, children, and adolescents from breathing oxygen-rich, carbon dioxide-poor air under the pretext of protecting themselves and others.

Certified Industrial Hygienist, certified safety professional, and certified engineer Stephen Petty ― i.e. a real expert, not a mere doctor ― testifies to Senate Health and Human Services hearing of March 30th, 2022 that all respiratory infections are transmitted through micro droplets called aerosols, not big droplets. Aerosols can remain in the air for up to 50 days during which time they can travel large distances. Big droplets fall to the ground very quickly and within about 6 feet (except when sneezing). Dominant airborne transmission of respiratory infections is no new insight at all. It was already known and published by observant people centuries ago. Researcher Wells and others have done excellent work on respiratory infection transmission for 25 years since the 1930's. Respiratory infection is very similarly to secondary cigarette smoke inhalation. On the topic of respiratory infections we've gone backwards: we knew the earth was spherical, but decided it was flat after all. Then we kept insisting it was flat contrary to all evidence. Face masks protect neither the wearer (self-protection) nor others (source control), because their pores are way too large to inhibit aerosols. It's like trying to stop a mosquito with a tennis net. Also, masks leak, which further significantly reduces their already negligible protection. Lastly, any droplets that are stopped by the mask initially will evaporate within a short period of time, because masks have no reservoir. It's like putting an almost flat saucer under a leaking faucet. The saucer may stop water droplets initially, but will overflow very quickly. Touching your face mask with dirty hands multiple times per minute to readjust it, laying it on dirty surfaces, and storing it in hot humid areas, definitely does not benefit your health. Since face masks don't work, using them anyway is called hygiene theater: it's medically completely useless, but LOOKS effective (just like disinfecting objects). They only provide an ILLUSION of control. Face masks don't work, but they have many negative side-effects. Therefore, they should not be used and certainly not mandated. (Anybody who prefers to breathe in their own exhaust fumes without any medical benefit should of course be free to do so.) What should be used? Engineering controls like adequate ventilation, filtration with high quality filters and/or disinfection with for instance UV-light or plasma. Any real expert knows this: the solution to pollution is dilution. Another highly effective and harmless measure is keeping the relative humidity of the air in the optimal range (40%-60%). This prevents big droplets from evaporating into micro droplets and also keeps our mucosa, which are an essential part of our immune system, moist. This way, infected mucus can be cleared to the stomach (where strong acid kills pathogens) or outward (e.g. by blowing your nose). Asbestos particles are significantly larger than aerosols, but are known to require significantly more protection than medical face masks. This shows how useless face masks really are against both asbestos and (infected) aerosols. One of the many observed negative side-effects mask wearing is slower learning of young children (who are in the no-risk group for COVID and play no significant role in transmission to adults). Instead of acknowledging the slowed learning, the government just moved the goal posts to make it seem like there were no negative side-effects: standards that would normally have been achieved by 24 months of age now had to be achieved by 30 months. They are not experts in the field of workplace or public safety when it comes to real threats and solutions. They are not even experts in these fields regarding a hospital or clinical settings. And we’ve seen that play out in real-time. Public health officials have repeatedly given or mandated lousy advice on nearly every aspect of COVID policy to ignore actual accumulating evidence in favor of the approved CDC or state public health narratives. In all instances, public health was not served by any of this, and in the case of masks, which is the focus of the hearing. The only thing that has any hope of reducing exposure to a virus is an actual respirator, and even that is the last thing you should try if the goal is mitigation to exposure if that is even necessary.
