The State is just part of USA, INC and they have the patent to marriages. Marriage is a contract between the husband who has primary joinder with the state and the wife who has secondary joinder with the state. The state is the primary in the contract. The state 1, husband 2 & wife 3 and as you will see, nothing to do with God anymore. The state joins with the husband. The state enjoins with the wife. In this case, enjoins means second position of the joinder. Joinder meaning the connection of two parties. Note – no joinder between husband and wife as seen on the patent image in this video, but individually through the state. Also note that the joinder contract triangle image has a dotted line connecting the husband and wife and on this line it says God. What does this mean? In architecture or civil engineering the dotted lines means “bears no weight.” So, in the case of marriage – the state is saying that they are REMOVING God from this joinder contract of marriage. The contract is no longer between God and the couple uniting – it is between the couple and the state. As of August 29, 2019, Alabama no longer issues marriage licenses through county probate courts. Instead, couples must complete the Alabama Marriage Certificate form (ADPH-HS50) and have it recorded by the probate court within 30 days of the last signature. The form must be signed and notarized before being delivered to the probate office. The probate office does not offer notary services. A marriage is considered legal once the form is recorded. Since 1607 Marriages were recorded in the Bible and then to probate – it wasn’t until the 1930’s where marriage licenses were issued and forced among two people wanted to unite in marriage. The very definition of a license is somewhat of a fraudulent term as they use it as they say it gives “permission to own or use something” – so in the case of marriage, you have to have the state corporations permission to unite in marriage. To drive you have to have the States permission. To fish you have to have the states permission. Permission isn’t FREE – you have to pay for it. Licenses are all about giving the state the authority to collect money from you and give the state jurisdiction over you. So marriage isn’t the only scam that states are participating in. You really don’t own anything, you lease it from the state and you pay taxes on the lease. Back to marriage -- The Marriage Patent of 1783 made a clear distinction between the Church sacrament of marriage and the State marriage contract. Jurisdiction in marital affairs was transferred from the diocesan courts to the secular courts. The state is like the executor in a trust as the people are perceived as dead – so the state takes the authority to make the decisions You can see how long ago this b.s. all started.
