In this episode Cyclops for the final mission says he needs Magma to move the Asteroid out of the way so the X-men to land on Asteroid M, Magma, shocked by this, says in disbelief, "The Team Needs me?" with Cyclops saying "You're the only one who could do it." Magma determined now is ready for the final mission and so Her, Wolverine, Emma Frost, and Psylocke arrive on Asteroid M however, the airlock door is shut, Emma, uses her mind control powers to get Toad to open the airlock door, he opens it but then gets shocked and annoyed he sees the X-men, Emma uses her power to send Toad away. The X-men infiltrate the Astral plane defeating many of Magnetos Acolytes, some of them even gotten new outfits, The X-men defeat many bad-guys and reach the Next area. Wolverine opens the door and encounters the Sneaky Deviant Mystique. Mystique berates the X-men for not allowing her to take Alison back in New York city, She says Alison was just backup in-case Magneto couldn't work the Gravitron, saying Alison would have worked the Gravitron almost as easily as Magneto, Wolverine curious as to what the Gravitron is, Mystique says that it's a device Magneto created in order to Magnify his powers, in order to move Asteroids around the earth, Wolverine even more curious that Alison could move Asteroid, Mystique finishes her Monologue with It's Payback time, now the X-men need to find the Gravitron, They make it to the Interior Quarters of the Ship, and travel on, a Acolyte is on the speaker saying The X-men cannot reach the Command Center, The X-men beat and slash the Acolytes, and then the Acolyte is on the speaker again saying The X-men need to be stopped, The X-men keep fighting to reach the Command Center, and a Acolyte on the speaker says to warn Magneto, The X-men fight all the Acolytes, and finally reach Magneto, Magneto says has the X-men finally realized the truth of the Brother hood and join, The X-men respond with that Humans and Mutants can live together, Magneto says they Retort Xavier's words like a Politicians running for Office, (He's not wrong lol), The X-men respond with that Magneto could see past his anger and realize Xavier is right, this frustrates Magneto, as he says that their morals are outdated and that Mutants are Superior to Humans, and should not be forced to live together with a completely different species, The X-men apologize that Magneto feels that way, while Magneto says that he's sorry to that they would have made excellent allies for the Brother hood, he ends his speech saying now he has to destroy them, so now the final fight is on, the fight between Moral and Experience. The X-men fight Magneto and he gives the X-men a fight of their life however Wolverine defeats Magneto, now their are those pesky Sentinels attacking Asteroid M, the X-men make their way into the lower Quarters of the ship, and encounter newer models of those damn Prototype Sentinels, the X-men defeat many of them and finally reach the Main Core of Asteroid M, they get Swarmed by the Prototypes but the X-men fight them off then those damn Spider Like Sentinels crawl out, and the X-men defeat those too, now the Mark II's come out and the X-men struggle fighting them but eventually defeat those, then all of a sudden a giant ass Robot emerges from the ground it turns out to be that crazy Psychotic General, Kincaid, and he says his plan is finally complete because when Asteroid M hits Earth, Humans will blame Mutants, Kincaid says he will die for this cause, so now the fight is on for REAL this time, The X-men fight Master Mold, Kincaid's robot. they eventually do some damage to it only some Sentinels to emerge, it's a new Sentinel Controller Model, the X-men defeat them and then head back to fighting the evil robot, then MAster Mold activates a Zapping shield on him, the X-men activate the Core Computers, and Master Mold deactivates his Shield, The X-men fight Master Mold again and then finally win, but now Magma has to use the Gravitron, Wolverine says the Gravitron is only for Magneto, Magma says she'll have to take that chance, Magma uses the Gravitron and stops the Asteroids, the machine Explodes and Wolverine looks worried, but Magma emerges, Wolverine says she had him scared for a second, Magma jokes that she's an X-men, Professor X in his Astral form emerges, and Professor X says Magma prevented a war that would cost countless lives, only for a new villain to emerge The Apocalypse...The RNC World News emerges and the news Anchor says the X-men saved the world and also The X-men revealed General Kincaid's corrupt actions, who is being held on Trial for his Crimes, The News Anchor then says Magneto was supposed to attack the earth but his long Silence lead many to Speculate he has discontinued his attack, The News Anchor ends her speech saying she's Debra Owens blah blah yap yap, the credits roll however now an Age of Apocalypse is nigh...

In this episode Magma, Psylocke, Wolverine and Colossus arrive on the astral plane to save Professor X, the astral enemies grown stronger and cause more chaos, the team enter areas where an Astral Lever is, the game unsuspecting me not letting me know I needed Jean Grey for these levers, eventually the team reach Professor X and must destroy something to free his mind, they eventually do and Free Professor X, Shadow king sees this and threatens ti kill Xavier, until Xavier says he is a force to be reckoned with, the fight is on and Professor Xavier fights shadow king, Professor X defeats the Medieval Shadow King and begins fighting his minions, he eventually kills the many minions, Professor X wins and says Shadow King won't bother the X-men in a while, tired of the Astral Plane, Professor X leads the way out, now its the finale, things are heating up...no pun intended

In this Episode Magms, Wolverine, Psylocke, and Storm encounter, a Human/Sentinel fused human that broke out of its chamber, The Twist now being...Those Prototype Sentinels are HUMANS being kidnapped by the Government as sick Disposable Weapons against the Mutants!! The team struggle a bit to fight the Prototype but they succeed, They decide to continue Investigating the Factory and head down into the lower levels, The GRSO Black Guards are down there so the team fights them off and find more of the dangerous Prototype in the sewers, but then...That Spider like Sentinel found in New York shows up and Causes the team a lot of issues until they finally Destroy the piece of junk, after that chaotic battle the X-men comes across another Spider Like Sentinel however its a Mark II now!! the X-men struggle a lot trying to kill the damn thing causing the team to have to use their Health Packs, they eventually reach a Detention Area of the Factory, where the X-men find Gateway in a cage, Confused, The X-men wonder why Gateway can't just teleport out of their only for the Morlock in the cage to say, its Trionic energy being used on them. The X-men confused at this new type of Energy ask what is it? The Morlock says Trionic Energy is a type of Energy that nullifies Mutants from Escaping their Cage, The X-men ask why they are keeping Mutants prisoner, only for the Morlock to say they are being used for testing, every hour or so Kincaid would grab the mutants out of their cage to be used as a kill range for the Sentinel Prototype, the Morlock says the Sentinel Prototype won every battle, Determined to stop this madness. The X-men tell them they are getting them out of here, The X-men break the Gateways Cage and ask him to summon a Portal so the Morlocks can escape, Gateway does that and The X-men thanks him, The X-men spring into action and begin destroying the Cages, they rescue 5 Morlocks from their cells, Kincaid then shows up and gaslights the X-men for coming to his Sentinel Factory and attacking it, the X-men says that they don;t hate humans however Kincaid thinks otherwise, The X-men says that Mutants can live peacefully with other Humans, but Kincaid says that they are dead wrong, Kincaid leaves and the X-men try catching up to him only for the path to him being blocked. the X-men urge Gateway to create a portal to reavh Kincaid he does, and the X-men chase after him, Kincaid seeing how they already caught up says why won't you mutants just die, Kincaid activates the Sentinel Prototyoe generator machine, the X-men Destroy them and try reaching Kincaid only for the path to be blocked, realizing this is a waste of time and the world hangs in their hands, the X-men team head back to the Mansion, Cyclops Briefs they can't waste any time and must reach the Astral plane to save Professor-X, The Team head to the Astral Plane, one of the X-men Team mates says that they have to be careful of Shadow Kings rpjection Tricks, now the battle is finally on to save Professor X....

The X-men ask where they can find a Guidance System Sensor and a Navigational Controller, The Lab Tech says it can be found in the Construction Core, The X-men travel along and eventually find those pieces, the X-men are getting ready to head back to the Mansion.

In this episode Jean Grey, Psylocke, Magma, and Wolverine travel to the Astral Gate to save Professor X, the places they have to enter is The Hall Of Fire, The Chamber Of Earth, and The Guardian of Statues, the team enter The Guardian Statues to obtain the Symbol of Honor, after defeating Shadow Kings Blob Projection they head to The Chamber Of Earth to obtain Professor Xavier's Wisodm, the team fights Shadow Kings Projection of Avalanche however Dark Avalanche proved to be too much for Magma as she got eliminated, she gets revived back, The X-men finally enter The Hall Of Fire to obtain the Knowledge Book, at some point Shadow Kings Dark Projection of Pyro emerges, which proved to be too much for Magma AGAIN, so she dies and gets revived again, after the team got everything to enter Professor Xaviers Mind, they see Professor Xavier and Shadow King, Shadow King brainwashes Professor Xavier to kill the X-men so he called forth his Champions eventually, The X-men Defeat them and help Xavier clear his mind about who the X-men are. Shadow king gets irritated and says they will never have Xavier back, now the team focuses their attention on a Sentinel Military Base...

In this Episode, Magma, Rogue, Cyclops, and Wolverine go in the sewers where Healer meets up with them, saying that the GRSO Soldiers are getting into the Sewers from an Abandoned Section, The X-men must destroy all the abandoned sections/teleporters in the sewers. later Magma builds a bridge but Cyclops was too oblivious and fell into the deeper parts of the sewer water. He's Revived and the team make their way into the last parts of the Sewers, where they destroy the last remaining Teleporters and Ladders, the soldiers were going down into the sewers with. Healer thanks the X-men and rewards them with a XP point, The X-men move forward and meet Marrow, The X-men need to speak to Marrow but Marrow only wants to kill them, the fight is on, and the X-men defeat Marrow however She's being revived by her Gene-Nation Followers, The X-men defeat her minions while, unfortunately Cyclops gets killed by one of them. now the fight gets intense as the Team is taking serious beatings to the point their health is low but, they won't give up. The last remaining 3 X-men on the team defeat Marrow, Marrow boasts that the Gene Nation will Prevail, however the X-men says that she needs to not work with the Brother-Hood anymore, Marrow says why? and the X-men respond that the Brother-Hood is Power Hungry, Marrow says How do you know, and the X-men says that because if they truly cared about them they would have helped with the GRSO Soldiers in the sewers, Marrow gets Concerned wondering why GRSO Soldiers were here, and The X-men says that they were kidnapping the Morlocks, Marrow realizing she has gone too far calls an end to the Gene Nation and brings peace to her Tribe, with the Mission Finished the Team can't rest yet. back at the Mansion Cyclops says that the X-men need to find a way to get to Asteroid M, Beast says that he hasn't but he will put more effort into it, then, Cyclops says that has Jean Grey found a way to get Professor X off the Astral Plane, Jean says she hasn't but since Psylocke is at the Mansion they got a plan brewing now, Cyclops ends the meeting saying they need to make Professor X proud.

In this Episode, Magma, Gambit, Iceman, and Wolverine travel to NYC to save the many Citizen Mutants being hunted by Sentinels, The team fight as many Sentinels as they can while Rescuing many Mutants from the chaos, The Team eventually face off against some Spider Like Sentinel, and struggle until they successfully destroy it, they find Psylocke struggling with a Sentinel and the X-men help her out. At some point when Gambit was fighting a Sentinel, he got killed, so he had to be Replaced with Storm to save up tech bits, the team head to the last street where the Sentinels are and Fight them off. Magma got caught off guard when fighting a Sentinel and a bomb detonated Killing her, now its Up to Storm and Wolverine to finish the job which they eventually do. The last 2 remaining X-men on the team successfully take out all the Sentinels and saved all the Citizen Mutants in NYC, now the X-men just have to Defend the Morlocks in the Sewers.

In this episode, the X-men are tasked with 3 objectives, Stop the Riots in NYC, Defend the Morlocks against GRSO Soldiers, and Defeat The Juggernaut, The X-men choose to stop the Juggernaut, they head to Muir Island, to put a stop to the Juggernauts antics after a couple beat-downs, The Juggernaut is Defeated. Jean Grey Interrogates, The Juggernaut and it turns out he attacked Forge on Muir Island because he thought Forge had The Astral Gate Bridge but instead the Astral Gate Bridge was stored in the X-Mansion. but who paid Juggernaut a big bundle of money to destroy The Astral Gate???

In this episode the team infiltrate the sewers to head to The Mount, a secret shortcut to Asteroid M, The X-men find out Healer has been kidnapped, and, that Marrow is building a new army of Morlocks called the Gene-Nation. The Team Fight past this new Morlock Army and eventually make it to Healer, however the door to his cage is locked by enemies, so the team beats up those Morlocks, and Unlock Healers Cage, Healer says he was imprisoned cause he was criticizing Marrow working with the Brother-Hood, The Team ask Healer how they can get to the Mount, and Healer says its in the room they are going to head for, turns out its a mutant named Gate-way who has been Teleporting people to The Mount, The X-men plead for Gateway to get them to The Mount, and eventually, Gate-Way Teleports them, When the team reach the Mount, it turns out it was located at the Earths Equator, They fight a bunch of Magneto's Acolytes, then eventually find Avalanche and Sabretooth, Avalanche says Gateway isn't powerful enough to reach Asteroid M, Avalanche fights the team, the X-men take a beating but eventually win, Avalanche says they lost, and Destroys the teleporter to Asteroid M, The team head back to the Mansion. Magneto threatens General Kincaid for trying to use a Sentinel to attack him, Magneto choosing to wipe out all of Humanity, Havok disagreeing with Magneto, tries to stop him but it was too late, Blob grabs Havok, and Magneto casts darkness upon the Earth, leading to a dark day for the Earth...
