Over the next ten years, he builds a new life with the help of his doctor,John Carey (Ray Collins), and becomes a leading figure in rehabilitating criminals. However, his past catches up with him when a former associate reveals his true identity as Phil Morgan, the mastermind behind a $200,000 payroll robbery. Based on a Radio Series: The movie was adapted from the popular radio series "Crime Doctor," which aired from 1940 to 1947. 2.
