All In

What holds us back from giving Jesus total access to our lives, surrendering our will and letting Jesus be the ALL of our everything? We want that, but it seems like we keep “self” at the center of our life more that Jesus. Life can be so full of every day distractions where our human condition gets out of whack and we lean out of God’s Sovereign Sway, into the choices that temporarily benefit our flesh. There are so many things in our lives that keep us sidetracked from God, from knowing Him better, being more intimately connected in friendship with God. Distraction is the devil’s playground and we need to guard our hearts from it. Am I letting God be my everything? Am I giving God my all? Where is my focus? Is it on God or is it on me and my life issues? Am I becoming wholly-holy His? If not, I need to figure out what is keeping me from God being my everything and change it up.
