Kari Lake Trial I

First Kari Lake trial. Judge Thompson threw out 8 of 10 charges and the trial proceeded on the other 2: sabotaging ballot printers on Election Day and breaking the "EPM" Election Procedures Manual on Chain of Custody: tracking Early Vote Ballots from the voter to the scanner so no ballots can be added, removed or tampered with in transit.
The EPM is the AZ Secretary of State's implementation of state election laws/Arizona Revised Statutes "ARS".

Kari Lake Trial #9: Kurt Olsen and Tom Liddy closing arguments
Election Fraud VideosOlsen speaks for 15m, from maaprealtalkshowmedia Liddy speaks for 5, from BohnsEyeMedia I'll put these clips up as they get approved for searches so they don't post in the wrong order. I've got the individual testimony of everyone but Macias and Maricopa's other BS witness, those are not worth watching. It shows that Thompson is in someone's pocket, IMO, that Maricopa was willing to send witnesses like them, make a closing argument like this and demand Kari Lake pay their legal fees on top. Liddy lied to the court (about Betty the Elections worker), Jarrett was caught lying about the resized ballot images and Macias was obviously reading a script. Richer phoned it in in an undershirt. The defense ran out the clock with stupid objections the entire first day which was supposed to be the prosecution's. A normal judge would be pissed, but Thompson wasn't.93 views 3 comments -

Kari Lake Trial 8b - for reference - Scott Jarrett Election Day process
Election Fraud VideosNOT from the trial just for reference. Four short clips pulled from Maricopa's Youtube "virtual workshops" 3 and 4: -Vote Center Sitebook -Precinct Tabulators and Election Night Reporting -Election Day -Ballot Security and Chain of Custody Jarrett lies about this or that being secure when it's not but he gives details you might not know. On Election Day - The voter waits in line, puts their info in the SITEBOOK which is an electronic pollbook, then a poll worker checks their ID and issues them an ELECTION DAY BALLOT. (I hear the R-D check-in info is reported in real time to the SoS, who keeps track of the In Person/MAGA vote to know how many drop box ballots to stuff.) The ED Ballot is scanned through a precinct tabulator and grouped into a batch of ~200 ballots. The tabulator makes a digital image of it, and after all "unclear" ballots in the batch are adjudicated/reviewed for voter intent, a second ballot image is produced and that's what gets counted. The images are loaded onto a USB, which is then sealed in the black canvass bag with the voted ballots and transferred to the county election center apparently escorted by the sheriff. These are the TABULATED Election Day Ballots. They DON'T go to Runbeck from the election center. That's to scan envelope signatures on EV's and sort them BEFORE the EV's are returned to be tabulated at the election center. EDB's don't have envelopes or signatures in the first place. They're already scanned and counted in. They go to the Election Center to get vaulted. Drop Box ballots picked up Nov. 8 are NOT Election Day Ballots, they're Early Vote ballots. But they're picked up on on Election Day, which makes it easy to play word sausage games in court. They take days even weeks to "count" (see how many are needed to win and inject them). Some call them "late earlies", that's more clear. #maricopa #electionfraud68 views -

Kari Lake Trial #8: Scott Jarrett Days 1 and 2, Jovan commentary
Election Fraud VideosPulitzer's coverage of Day 2, then @JCONE 30m Day 1 clip, then Olsen's cross examination from a different angle and no one talking over him. They're doing this word game with Election Day Ballots and Election Day dropbox pickups, which are not EDB's. So they can give false answers in court and say they thought you meant one meaning or the other and end up dodging the question. Most of Jovan's commentary is spot on, that's why I post it, BUT - He's mixing up the Custody forms, and EDB vs 'late early' tabulation. Some of what he said conflicted with Heather Honey about Election Day Ballots which is how I noticed. I thought she had it wrong, but it's him. The custody forms Jovan shows (the ones that weren't filled in by MCTEC on the bottom) are NOT Election Day Ballot forms. They say Early Voting right there in the screenshot. They're EARLY VOTING Ballot Transfer Statements or "EVBTS". They're for the late earlies, not the In Person voted Nov.8 ballots, and if they're not filled in, then it's the Nov 8 dropbox pickups/the "late earlies" that weren't recorded as delivered. I think he's showing the 2020 EVBTS examples, but Honey said the EVBTS (#1 in her CoC doc list) were missing on Election Day in 2022. As Jarrett says in the cross examination, and as Honey did in her presentation, the EDB's are tabulated ON SITE AT THE VOTE CENTER. They don't go to Runbeck, as there's no signature or voter affidavit or envelope to be imaged, and no need to sort ballots that have already been scanned into the EMS at the precinct/Vote Center. Olsen in the cross and Pulitzer both mixed this up. It's understandable I guess. Olsen was working a lot of hours. I don't think he did as well as Pulitzer says in the cross examination because he messed that up. No EDBs go to Runbeck. See Lake Trial 8b for reference. The big news on this testimony is that Jarret said on Day One that the printers cant resize ballot images to 19" from 20", which caused all those ballots to be rejected, and on Day Two he said the opposite, then in the cross-examination said he didn't know the inch specs so he was denying that 19" was the exact size of the smaller, resized image. Total BS, a professional JUDGE should infer that Jarrett was coached to change his story. But it has nothing to do with EVBTS. These are On Site prints and precinct-tabulated. Jarrett's shrink-to-page Day Two story is that the technicians shrunk the ballot images sent to the printer to make them scan? and that instead caused them not to scan. If that's true, why were they called in the first place? We know from Dr. Daugherity's Senate testimony, which is further down my page, that the tabulators rejected 7,000 ballot scan attempts every half-hour, all day from 7 AM to 8 PM. That alone disproves Jarrett's theory. How could techs independently make this change all over the county right when the polls opened, and only in Republican jurisdictions? There were no 19" ballots coming out of those printers before the election during Logic & Accuracy testing. #karilake #jovanpulitzer149 views -

Kari Lake Trial #7: Rey Valenzuela, MC Elections co-director. Jovan commentary. Day 2.
Election Fraud VideosThe two issues Judge Thompson let Kari Lake argue were the late earlies' (Nov.8 pickup EVB's) Chain of Custody and whether voters were disenfranchised by the 19" resized ballot images. Valenzuela and Scott Jarrett were the Maricopa County Elections Dept. co-directors. Valenzuela ran Early Voting: voter-dropped ballots during Early Voting and on Election Day, and In-Person EV's, which also go in the drop box. Jarrett ran Election Day: both ballot types, EVB and EDB. Worthwhile info on Chain of Custody here particularly with the USPS pickups: MCTEC sends one worker from each party with the courier to pick them up and they're driven straight to Runbeck. Important distinctions: 1. the white envelope packets that get co-mingled with the green and provisionals after pickup are *In Person Early Vote Ballots*, those are centrally tabulated, unlike EDBs which are run at the precinct (or are supposed to be). 2. Pulitzer's on the ball about USPS, the invoices may technically be estimates but they're solid accurate, it's what the Post Office does. They know what's in a ballot packet and how much it weighs, so counting them from the weight (which is an exact measurement to many decimals) is simple math. From my reading of the witness affidavits, it seems Maricopa has no system for counting these weight based post office invoices or corroborating them with their outbound counts. At some point they end up in the box with the ballots whereever they land. I've read about them being given to the truck driver or something, if someone stumbles into one and doesn't know what to do with it but it seems there's no system to it. From Valenzuela's testimony, it sounds like they go by Runbeck's ballot count when they scan the ballot packets in. Which would count any ballots inserted in the truck by the courier, with the USPS ballots. This is an opportunity to insert ballots during transit of USPS ballots. 3. The estimate going into Runbeck from MCTEC is also based on the tray count and the ballot capacity per tray and uses the same inbound CoC form. These trays themselves are loaded at MCTEC after they open the deliveries from the drop boxes out of the truck. So it's different than USPS's "estimate" but IIRC it's accurate too. Every tray but the last is loaded to capacity. Runbeck estimated 263k EV ballots inbound from MCTEC on these trays on Election Day but scanned 298k out. But even the 263k that were 'counted in' have broken Chain of Custody, because there are no EVBTS or Maricopa Cy Delivery Receipts for Election Day 2022. 4. The form that wasn't filled Nov. 8 besides the EVBTS is no. 2, the "Maricopa Delivery Receipt". Pulitzer says the "Inbound Receipt of Delivery" is missing, no, he's just getting the name wrong. The names are counterintuitive. Inbound Receipt of Delivery was filled out, you can see for yourself in this folder of Verity Vote's findings (4 screenshots): https://www.mediafire.com/folder/drgekapb3ehbk/VerityVote+Custody+Docs I'm not sure about some of Pulitzer's criticisms of Blehm, but he should've asked about the SPECIFIC MISSING CUSTODY FORMS: THE EVBTS AND THE MC DELIVERY RECEIPT. Blehm is hard to hear, other parts Jovan talks over the court proceedings, you can can follow along on the transcript here: https://electionpdfs.locals.com/post/3647203/lake-trial-official-transcript control+F to find where they are. #karilake #jovanpulitzer327 views -

Kari Lake Trial #6: Dr. Kenneth Mayer, Jovan commentary. Day 2.
Election Fraud VideosImportant issue re: 19" resized ballot images, of how many voters couldn't stay in line. Jovan says this guy was paid by Maricopa County and I wouldn't be surprised. He's there to smear Richard Baris, who polled Maricopa and found ~25k voters went home without voting. Mayer has a PhD and he read Maricopa's PR statement, doesn't seem to know anything else about the 2022 election. He did some polling 30 years ago that he quotes. Has no hard data at all. Jovan roasts him. #jovanpulitzer #karilake80 views -

Kari Lake Trial #5: Rich Baris (pollster) Day 2, Jovan commentary
Election Fraud VideosI put together a 3 min. highlight reel, then @JCOne's full stream of Baris' testimony (at 1.25x), then Jovan Pulitzer watches the end of Liddy's cross examination and reviews. I cut most of the cross examination, it was long and boring. Pulitzer covers everything you need to know about it. Critical to the argument on disenfranchised Election Day voters because Baris puts a number on the voters who couldn't vote because of the 2 hour lines. The 19-inch resized images had a cascading effect: first there are the voters who couldn't get their ballot to feed and used Door 3, accepted a provisional, or went to vote at another location only to be told they were never checked out and nothing can be done about it now. Then there are voters who successfully scanned their ballot, only to have the vote center send EVERYTHING to be re-tabulated at MCTEC as if they were Door 3 ballots. This happened at 40 vote centers (see Shelby Busch AZ Senate testimony) and didn't correlate to the number that couldn't be read, meaning they were rescanning entire vote centers that didn't have significant tabulation problems. Then there were the voters who never made it to the front of the line to vote. Baris estimates 25-40,000 of them (Hobbs 17k win margin). Great analysis from Pulitzer. Liddy challenged the R turnout on Election Day, citing the high number of Democrats who supposedly voted by mail/dropbox. Everyone here knows these are phantom voters and Pulitzer explains pretty well that a lot of the D turnout came from activating 180k VOTERS WHO HADN'T VOTED in 10 YEARS. You can learn more at https://ugetube.com/watch/jhp-explains-eric-roll-fungibility-and-dead-voters-on-the-rolls_kSvv3GFDeRVv6YP.html Richard Baris runs People's Pundit Daily and Big Data Poll. He's been polling for a while and he's one of the best. I heard some of his predictions were misses due to the rampant election fraud and he was unfairly criticized for that. It was Baris who first posted the R-D Maricopa heatmap in the thumbnail. He's a pollster, not a political operative posing as one, which is rare today. #jovanpulitzer #karilake360 views 4 comments -

Kari Lake Trial #4: Bard Betancourt (tech) and Mark Sonnenklar (RNC lawyer) Day 1
Election Fraud Videosclipped these 2 videos from AmericanNews and maaprealtalkshowmedia and ran them together to show the whole thing. There's a sharp volume increase at 3:11. Jarret's was the second to testify Day 1. Allowing him to change testimony on Day 2 with no consequences, AS JUDGE THOMPSON DID, was very unfair to Kari Lake. Jarrett accused the T Techs of causing the misfeeds by changing the print settings, but did so after the T Tech who testified had been dismissed. Betancourt would've been asked completely different questions, if Jarret's Day 1 testimony was consistent with his Day 2. Thompson has to be corrupt, or a fool, to allow this and side with the defense's witnesses in his ruling. He doesn't look like a fool. Sonnenklar was a roving attorney in Kelli Ward's Nov. 15 report: https://electionpdfs.locals.com/post/3300318/nov-15-aggregated-roving-atty-election-report He observed at 10 vote centers. In total 11 roving attorneys (six more didn't respond) observed 223 vote centers. 115 of 223 vote centers (~52%) observed had problems with tabulation and long lines. #karilake129 views 7 comments -

Kari Lake Trial #3: Heather Honey (of Verity Vote) Day 1, Jovan Commentary
Election Fraud VideosTestimony and cross examination both. It's at 1.5x or 1.75 because it's so long, and I trimmed the fat at the beginning and in between. Run it at .75 for normal sound. Honey doesn't cover the 35k Runbeck-inserted ballots, or if she does she doesn't spend long on it. The focus is on ALL of them (drop box late earlies) missing CoC. Form 2 in her diagram, the "Maricopa Delivery Receipt" is missing for every late early/Nov 8 drop box pickup. That's what MCTEC fills out before they send Runbeck the EV ballot packets (unopened ballot envelopes) with a count. Less emphasized by Honey, Form 1 is also missing for late earlies: the EVBTS, Early Voting Ballot Transfer Statement. That's the form MCTEC completes when they receive EVBs. EVBTS tracks the ballots from pickup at the drop box to MCTEC where they're counted. During the Early Voting period these forms were completed. But on Nov 3, Maricopa used the "PBR" Precinct Ballot Reports, formerly "Official Ballot Reports", which had no counts! Breaking EPM Chapter 9.VII.g. and ARS 16-452 not to break the EPM on processing, counting, tabulation. If you follow Jovan Pulitzer you may remember him saying the EVBTS were incomplete in 2020, likewise on Election Day only and not during Early Voting: he says the EVBTS on Election Day were missing the "Transport Receipt" which is where MCTEC signs and dates the EVBTS, on the bottom half of the form, with a count and the seal numbers every time they receive EV ballots. Going deeper into 2020, Honey/Verity Vote found 740k dropbox ballots (Election Day and Early Voting period combined) or 80% had no count (ANYWHERE) on the EVBTS. I'm sure 80% of the drop box ballots didn't came in on Nov. 3. "Anywhere" means that of the 20% that *did* have counts, some were on the wrong part of the form *as if they weren't filled in by MCTEC* (extrapolating) but by someone at another point of the Chain of Custody, or afterward: so they might've been falsified. To put that together, 80% of the 2020 dropbox ballots had no count anywhere on their EVBTS, and for the other 20%, some of the counts were in the wrong place and might not be legit. On Election Day 2020, the EVBTS were missing not just the count, but the entire Transport Receipt: signature, date, seals, count. Missing 2022 EVBTS's is corroborated by the MCTEC witness Leslie White who saw them unloading the truck and unsealing the ballots without counting. She saw them load the ballots on trays and send them out without counting IIRC, corroborating the missing form 2s (Maricopa Delivery Report). Runbeck witness Denise Marie declared there were no MC Delivery Reports or any count or CoC forms when the ballots were delivered. https://electionpdfs.locals.com/post/3411124/denise-marie-and-leslie-white-affadavits Heather Honey/Verity Vote 2020 Dropbox Chain of Custody Report: https://electionpdfs.locals.com/post/3506572/verity-vote-dropbox-chain-of-custody-maricopa-2020 Verity Vote 2022 Chain of Custody Report from WeThePeopleAZ Senate hearing: https://electionpdfs.locals.com/post/3466938/wtp-az-senate-two-coc-2023 Jovan ED Custody Docs and EDB problems: https://ugetube.com/watch/jhp-clip-2-ed-ballots-missing-scans-cvr-times-custody-docs_wr5qcbt2UutgbJe.html ED 2020 playlist: https://ugetube.com/watch/jhp-signature-check-on-election-day-vs-during-early-voting_JVWgqLbY4xdsgtb.html/list/G5LW4nBFxWpA7EC Jovan Custody and ED pics incl. Kari Lake Trial #2: Clay Parikh Day 1 with Jovan commentary
Election Fraud Videosopening testimony and cross. There's a lunch break and a 1 hour break in between. I recorded really fast, you can slow it to .75x or read along on the transcript: https://electionpdfs.locals.com/post/3647203/lake-trial-official-transcript Parikh testifies they found 113 duplicates and spoiled ballots, of which 48 were caused by printing 19" ballot images on 20" pages. These were out of the 323 they inspected (348 set aside and ~25 they couldn't get to). Key testimony: -19" image on 20" paper would be rejected by tabulator. The smaller image would lead to a wider margin, which the machine would flag as a paper jam. The tech (Aaron Smith) confirmed there were paper jams he opened up where there was no paper inside. (The reader should also note from Dr. Daugherity's testimony that 19" image's timing marks won't line up where the tabulator will expect them, and that causes ballot rejection) -Only 2 ways to print a 19" image: there'd have to be a 19" ballot definition on file (premeditation?) or a script written to resize the image. Parikh testified it's unacceptable to have two ballot sizes in one election. -The 19" ballot image definition would reside on the laptop connected to the printers, referred to as the "control printer" which is actually the "print spooler". -With multiple Sitebooks at a location, the print spooler is configured to allow the printers to take on the load. -The printers are configured by script (computer programmer writes a script for the computer to follow), removing the human error of someone coding the instructions in incorrectly. -Therefor, the 19" images cannot have been printed by accident. Either a script was written to do it, or a 19" ballot definition was uploaded onto the spooler. With the DUPLICATES: Parikh states Arizona law is to comply with the Help America Vote Act HAVA, including the EAC rules, and the EAC requires the tabulated duplicates and their original ballot be maintained together, traceable and easily identifiable. Parikh testifies Maricopa could NOT find the duplicates of the spoiled 19" image ballots. The tech Aaron Smith was to testify to support this but something happened setting that up. Presumably this was a screwup by Kari Lake's team, but if you follow Thaler and Liz Harris, apparently agencies have backdoor access to the portal where the documents are uploaded. I don't know enough to speculate on whether there's a connection there. #karilake #clayparikh #jovanpulitzer220 views
