Entire chapters in the Bible discuss this time period in history called the Great Tribulation. It’s a time where God judges the world for its sin and rejection of Jesus. It is also the time where God, once again, begins to work with the Jewish nation as He did in the ancient times. The church is a separate group in the Bible, which is why it is not mentioned during that time period; we will be taken away by the Rapture before that time begins.

The vile politician will one day be a global leader like none other. The Bible prophesies of this wicked ruler in great detail: he will be an arrogant man with a lust for military power. He captures the riches of the world and will rule with power given to him by Satan himself. But, he will only last for 7 years before he's utterly destroyed by the return of Jesus.

This is a remarkable passage in the Bible that gives us a glimpse into the invisible world of angles fighting demons and the power of prayer to win battles. The Bible cautions Christians to not be overly curious about the demonic, but also not to ignore its reality. It’s a cautionary balance that good pastors must guide their flock in.

This is the most important prophecy in the Bible. It speaks of both the first and second comings of Jesus. A 7-year period of history is yet in the future. It begins when the Antichrist ratifies a 7-year peace treaty with the state of Israel. Jesus will then return at the end of that 7-year time span. The accuracy is astounding, but not surprising because God knows the end from the beginning and spoke of this so that we might have strong confidence that we can trust in, rely on, and live by every Word of God!
